The guest lecturer ShanShan Zhou presented a very interesting and useful lecture.

I find it extremely useful as I have never interviewed someone, these are the tips I will be using for this project and hopefully it out well.

1. Start open

2. Ask for detail, what’s it like, example: how, when, where, who

3. Fine out why

4. Avoid assumption

· It’s mostly listening

· Be curious

· Stay humble

· Do your homework but go with the flow

· It’s not about you

· Help then feel comfortable

· Respect + Gratitude
