Interview with by friend through Email #FutureOfWorkAndPlay

I narrowed down my domain from wearable technologies to wearable technologies for entertainment. My very first interview was with my friend who uses Airpods daily for years. Although his answer is a bit unclear but it allows me to see the perspective of a experienced user.

What’s it like to own an AirPods and using it often for years?

Owning AirPods are a great distraction and stress relief tool in certain situations. I enjoy listening to music at all times which also helps me to concentrate and focus on my work in the studio. It is such an essential for me because they are easy to carry and super lightweight. 

What are the characteristics about AirPods that makes you buy it and why ?

I think the most important characteristic about AirPods are the fact that they're wireless. I listen to music when I workout and sometimes the wire gets in the way. They also have up to 5 hours of listening time on a single charge. The case itself is also a charger which is convenient in case the pods itself runs out of battery.

What are your thoughts about the possibilities of AirPods or music entertainment devices in the future and why you think it's possible in the future?

I think music is something that's going to be around forever. Whether it's through a radio, mobile device or on TV, there is also going to be some form of music playing. It is good to introduce music earlier to young future generation kids. It helps create a specific hobby for them such as playing the piano or the violin like myself.
